Can I evaluate a product for free, before purchasing it?

Sure, we provide a 30 day free trial of our desktop version that you can download and run without paying anything. We also offer a lite version of our tablet versions on the iPad and Android stores that is available for a low fee ($1.99).

I have two computers that I personally use. Do I need to purchase two licenses?

The license for all versions of Mockups is tied to the user, not a particular machine. Install it on any machine you own and use, and enjoy!

Is there a monthly option for the web version?

No, the only option for online plans is an annual one.

Are there any discounts if I purchase multiple software licenses at the same time?

If you would like to purchase multiple licenses at once, please contact us at sales@mockups.me with details of your requirements.

Can I request a quote?

The easiest and fastest way to purchase a Mockups.me license is by paying with a credit card on our site.
Once that is done, you will receive your license information via the email you entered when purchasing
For orders higher than US$500, we also accept Purchase Orders and Electronic Fund Transfers. Please email your PO to sales@mockups.me.

Can I install Mockups.me behind my firewall?

Yes, we can provide a self-hosted version for bulk purchases (minimum of 20 licenses). Please email us at sales@mockups.me

Are there any discounts?

We offer discounts for academic institutes, non-government organization and other do-gooders. Please email us at sales@mockups.me

How do I update my software?

Mockups.me for the desktop comes with an auto-update feature - when you run it, it automatically checks if there is a more recent version available and if so, installs it to ensure that you have the latest version running on your system.

I lost my license information. Can you email it to me?

Your license is linked to your user credentials. Just log in with your user account and your license will be automatically applied.
